1. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

As per German consumer protection laws (§ 355 BGB), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason.

2. Return Conditions

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
• The return period starts on the day you receive the goods.
• The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made products, perishable goods, or sealed items that were opened (e.g., hygiene products).

3. Return Shipping

• The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the return reaches us.

4. Refund Process

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 days.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Shipping costs from the original order are only refunded if the entire order is returned.
