Country Shipping Cost
You can see the shipping prices in the checkout. Additional costs such as import duties and taxes may apply in Switzerland, Norway, the USA, Puerto Rico, Canada, Japan, and Iceland.

Delivery is carried out by DHL.
Shipping Time
It will take about 1-3 business days for your order to be dispatched.
Once your order is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number, which allows you to easily track your package.

Delivery Issues
There can be several reasons for a return to us, such as incomplete or unknown addresses, multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts, refusal of acceptance, or failure to collect it from the post office within the specified period. Don’t worry, just let us know at bharajofficial@gmail.com if you want your items re-shipped and if you want to provide an alternative address. We’ll take care of it right away.
Once the item is on its way, we automatically send a shipping confirmation with a tracking number. If you haven’t received this email, please check:
• Did our email land in your spam folder?
• Which email address did you provide when ordering (if you registered via Facebook, we will send updates to the email address linked to your Facebook account)?

Tracking Number Issues
No worries! For newly shipped packages, it may take up to 24 hours for recently uploaded tracking numbers to be activated.
Such error messages usually appear as “Shipment 123456789 is currently unknown to us” or “No information is currently available for tracking number 123456789,” but don’t panic, your items will arrive.
If you continue to have issues after 24 hours, please contact our customer support at bharajofficial@gmail.com, and they will assist you.
Have you received a tracking number, but the package has been stuck at the same place for several days and hasn’t moved towards you? Just let us know. We will contact DHL for you and keep you informed about every step.
Lost Package
Did your package fail to reach you? Have you not received a delivery notification a week after your shipping confirmation?
